Health. The buyer is reguired to have puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian.
If
proven unhealthy, the cause which is clearly attributable to the seller,puppy must be retuturned. A letter must accompany
puppy from the examining veterinarian. Seller needs documentation from veterinarian,Buyer will be given a replacement puppy
if one is available,The seller has the right to obtian a second opion from thier veterinarian.The seller is not responcible
for puppy after it leaves the premises, including medical expenses.Seller guarentees puppy agianst congenital defects until
puppy is 12 months old.If said puppy is found to have a congenital defect, seller will replace the puppy with one from the
next available litter.Buyer must have a letter from a licensed veterinarian stating that this condition exists plus give puppy
back to seller at buyers expense.Under no circumstances do we guarentee any preventable or accidental death, injury or illness.
Due to failure to vaccinate on schedule, treatment agianst heartworm or any other parasites, failure to seek veterinarian
